OK PKR Terms and Conditions – Rules of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on OK PKR, depositing funds, placing a bet or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and OK PKR regarding your use of the platform. Any informal communication — whether via support chat, email or social media — does not override or modify these terms unless confirmed in a formal written update published on this page.

2. Eligibility

To register and use OK PKR, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. There are absolutely no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are registering for yourself as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.
• You understand that the platform involves real money and real financial risk.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an OK PKR employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You may not register if you are currently self-excluded from any gaming platform or have been formally barred from participating in online gaming.
• You may not register using false or misleading personal information, a VPN to disguise your location, or another person's identity.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one OK PKR account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any payment details you associate with your account. If your information changes, you are responsible for updating it through your account settings or by contacting support.

Account Security

Your login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, including people you trust. OK PKR support staff will never ask you for your password. Any activity on your account is treated as your activity unless you report unauthorised access immediately. Use a password that is not easily guessable and that you do not use for other platforms.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. OK PKR also reserves the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, shows signs of fraud or abuse, or is flagged during routine security checks. Any balance remaining in a legitimately operated account at closure will be returned to the account holder through the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification checks.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on OK PKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary at any given time.

Deposits

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. OK PKR does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly if you are unsure.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and may differ by payment method. These limits are displayed in the deposit section at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Processing times depend on the payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you may be asked to provide identity verification documents.

Currency

All balances, deposits, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance. What you deposit in PKR is what you see in your balance, and what you withdraw is what you receive in PKR — no hidden exchange rate adjustments.

5. Betting Rules

The sports betting section on OK PKR covers cricket including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and Pakistan home and away series, as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

Placing Bets

A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed just before a market closes, or during a technical interruption, may be voided if they cannot be processed correctly. It is your responsibility to check that your bet slip shows the correct selections, stakes and expected returns before confirming.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. These are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. OK PKR reserves the right to adjust stake limits on specific markets, events or accounts without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided — meaning your stake is returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the event did not take place as scheduled and was not rescheduled within the timeframe covered by the market; or the result cannot be officially verified from a recognised source.

Live Betting

Live betting markets update in real time during matches. Odds change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the odds you first saw when opening the bet slip. During periods of high traffic — such as major PSL matches or T20 World Cup fixtures — there may be brief delays in bet acceptance. The platform will notify you if your bet cannot be confirmed at the requested odds.

6. Casino and Games

OK PKR offers live casino games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack with real dealers, fish shooting games across multiple titles, and bingo with scheduled draws. All game outcomes are determined by the respective game engines and live dealer results — OK PKR does not manipulate outcomes.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time. If a stream is interrupted mid-game due to a technical issue, the round will be settled based on the result as recorded by the game provider. If no result can be verified, the round will be voided and stakes returned. Decisions made by the live dealer during a round are final once the round is closed.

Fish Games

Fish shooting games involve arcade-style gameplay where the outcomes are determined by the game engine. Stake levels vary by title and room. Players are responsible for selecting their own stake level before entering a room. Fish game credits won during gameplay are added to your main PKR balance and are subject to the same withdrawal conditions as other winnings.

Bingo

Bingo draws are conducted at scheduled times. Tickets must be purchased before the draw closes. Results are final once the draw has completed. In the event of a technical failure during a draw, the round will be voided and ticket costs refunded to participants.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

OK PKR may offer promotional bonuses, free credits, deposit match offers and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated alongside the offer. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets or games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim a bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance that has not been used or met its wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• OK PKR reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse is suspected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the OK PKR platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to place bets, interact with games or gain an advantage over the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or coordinating bet placement to exploit promotions or markets.
• Abusing promotions by opening duplicate accounts, exploiting bonus structures in unintended ways or manipulating wagering requirements.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or interfere with any part of the platform's technical infrastructure.

9. Responsible Gaming

OK PKR is committed to providing an environment where gaming remains a form of entertainment. The platform is not intended to be a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. The following responsible gaming principles form part of your agreement with the platform.

By using OK PKR, you acknowledge that betting and gaming involve financial risk, that outcomes are not guaranteed or predictable, and that you are responsible for managing your own activity. You agree to set a personal budget before starting a session, to stop when that budget is reached and to treat the platform as entertainment rather than a financial strategy.

11. Limitation of Liability

OK PKR provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted, OK PKR is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from: platform downtime during an active bet or game session; errors in odds or game results that are subsequently corrected; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or any loss of data resulting from a technical failure outside our direct control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

OK PKR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
